SIZING
Most items are available in full size runs, S-3XL.

ORDERS
Once shipped, US orders will generally take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Order processing on most items will take 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping timeframes are approximately 2-5 business days, depending on the product.
Pre-order and Special Order items ship in 3-4 weeks. When your item(s) ship, we will notify you with the tracking number.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped from the US with the exception of some special order items.
Orders are shipped from our location in New Orleans, LA, as well as from our warehouse locations within other areas of the United States.

US orders > $50 ship free. We also sometimes offer free shipping promotions!
US ORDERS
For US orders > $50, shipping is FREE!
For all other orders, shipping rates start at $5.99 and are dependent on product selection and number of items ordered.
Please note that items from your order may ship separately.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders shipping rates start at $14.99 and are dependent on destination, product selection and number of items ordered. Transit time varies by location.
We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX for domestic and international delivery. If you need expedited shipping, just message us. When available, we can adjust your order to accommodate fees for a shipping upgrade.
We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s laws on importing goods.
Please be sure to double check that you have entered the correct shipping address! We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
ORDER TRACKING

Allow several days after purchase for the item to be shipped and for tracking info to be updated.
If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam or junk email folder. Sometimes order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails end up here, which is out of our control.
As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders. Please be certain before completing checkout. If you would like to return your item once you receive it, you can do so in accordance with our return policy.
Also, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.

When you purchase two items, the discount on the same
or lower priced item is divided in half and applied to both items. For example,
if a customer buys one item at $50 and a second item at $20, she will receive a
$5.00 discount on each item, for a total discount of $10 (that is, 50% off $20).
If she returns either item, she will receive the discounted price of that item
reimbursed to the original form of payment or store credit (from our example,
$45 for the first item or $15 for the second item).
When you purchase two items, the 100% discount
on the same or lower priced item is divided in half and applied to both items.
For example, if a customer buys one item at $50 and a second item at $20, she
will receive a $10 discount on each item, for a total discount of $20 (that is,
100% off $20). If she returns either item, she will receive the discounted
price of that item reimbursed to the original form of payment or store credit
(from our example, $40 for the first item or $10 for the second item).
