Shipping
Items are shipped from the US - either from our location in New Orleans, LA or from one of our other US warehouses. Most special orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may occasionally ship from outside the US.
US shipping - Shipping rates may vary by item. Also, note that items from your order may ship separately. All US orders > $50 ship FREE.
For most items, you should receive your order within 2-8 business days (processing time varies by product; some items may require a day or two longer, and items in your order may ship separately).
(If you are in a hurry just message us in the chat to inquire about shipping timeframes. We can let you know if the items you're interested in will ship quickly or if they'll take a little longer, and we'll also check to see if your item can be expedited.)
Personalized items, pre-orders, special orders and custom printed tees from the Tees Collection: Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
International shipping - For international orders shipping rates vary by product selection and number of items ordered. Transit time varies by location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you select UPS as your shipping carrier at checkout, note that the delivery time is faster than USPS however the duties fees are usually more expensive. Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and fees incurred after shipment.
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
Pre-order / Special order items - Pre-orders and Special orders ship from our location in New Orleans approximately 3-4 weeks after purchase. We will notify you with tracking info when your item ships.
Delay in Tracking - If your order is marked “shipped”, but there are no tracking updates yet, don’t worry! After your item is marked “shipped”, it’s possible that there may be a delay of several business days in tracking updates. This delay occurs primarily with items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Waybills are created when orders are received for these items, ensuring that the items in your order are reserved for fulfillment once the stock is received at our warehouse.
Order Cancellations - We cannot accommodate order cancellations or changes to your order once it is placed. However, you are able to return the item to us according to our Returns Policy.
