Shipping + Returns Policy
Items are shipped from the US - most often from our location in New Orleans, LA. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Most special orders are also shipped directly from the manufacturer and may occasionally ship from outside the US.
SHIPPING
US shipping - For most items, you should receive your order within 2-8 business days. (Processing time varies by product). Some items may require a day or two longer, and items in your order may ship separately.
(If you are in a hurry just message us in the chat to inquire about shipping timeframes. We can let you know if the items you're interested in will ship quickly or if they'll take a little longer.)
Shipping rates vary by product selection and number of items ordered. Also, note that items from your order may ship separately. All US orders > $99 ship FREE.
Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of printed tees from our Tees collection, Pre-Order items + Special Orders.
International shipping - For international orders shipping rates vary by product selection and number of items ordered. Transit time varies by location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you select UPS as your shipping carrier at checkout, note that the delivery time is faster than USPS however the duties fees are usually more expensive. Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and fees incurred after shipment.
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
NOTE: If you do not see a shipping confirmation email from us within the specified timeframe, please check your spam folder.
Delay in Tracking - If your order is marked “shipped”, but there are no tracking updates yet, don’t worry! After your item is marked “shipped”, it’s possible that there may be a delay of several business days in tracking updates. This delay occurs primarily with items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Waybills are created when orders are received for these items, ensuring that the items in your order are reserved for fulfillment once the stock is received at our warehouse.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. If you do, tell your friends... and, if something isn't right, tell us!
Angelina Belle will refund your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive your items.
Holiday returns policy: 30-day returns on purchases made from November 20 - January 2.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in special circumstances.
