SHIPPING
US shipping - Most orders go out within 1- 2 business days.
All US orders > $50 ship FREE.
Items are shipped from the US.
Special orders and pre-orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may occasionally ship from outside the US. Allow 5-10 business days for pre-orders unless otherwise noted.
Package Protection - We are not responsible for products stolen or lost in the mail if the tracking information indicates the package was delivered to you. (Example: shipment tracking indicates "delivered" but you have not received your item / item was stolen from your porch.)
We offer package protection at checkout to protect against and provide instant resolution for loss, theft or damage in transit.
International shipping - For international orders shipping rates vary by product selection and number of items ordered. Transit time varies by location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping (customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you select UPS as your shipping carrier at checkout, note that the delivery time is faster than USPS however the duties fees are usually more expensive. Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and fees incurred after shipment.
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
NOTE: If you do not see a shipping confirmation email from us within the specified timeframe, please check your spam folder.
Delay in Tracking - If your order is marked “shipped”, but there are no tracking updates yet, don’t worry! After your item is marked “shipped”, it’s possible that there may be a delay of several business days in tracking updates. This delay occurs primarily with items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Waybills are created when orders are received for these items, ensuring that the items in your order are reserved for fulfillment once the stock is received at our warehouse.

FREE Returns
Free returns assurance is available for US customers at checkout for $2.00 per order. This covers unlimited free returns on items in your order.
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout ($2 per order), this covers the cost of a return shipping label, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or store credit for FREE. Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

We want you to love your purchase. If you do, tell your friends... and, if something isn't right, tell us!
Angelina Belle will refund your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.
Holiday returns policy: 30-day returns on purchases made from November 20 - January 2.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in special circumstances.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product.
If you have received an item with any defects, please contact our store within 3 days to inform us of the issue. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
