How much is the shipping fee?

US ORDERS

For US orders > $99, shipping is FREE! 

For all other orders, shipping rates start at $5.99 and are dependent on product selection and number of items ordered.

Please note that items from your order may ship separately.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders > $99, shipping is FREE!  For all other orders, shipping rates start at $19.99 and are dependent on product selection and number of items ordered.  Transit time varies by location.

Do you have free shipping?

YES! As noted above, all orders > $99 ship free. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom. 

When will my order ship?

Order processing and handling time varies by the items in your order. In stock items will normally ship within 2 - 3 days after purchase, unless otherwise noted in the item description. 

When your item(s) ship, we will notify you with the tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary by product and current demand.  Items shipped from our New Orleans location will usually arrive within 3 - 5 business days after purchase. We will update you when your item is shipped and provide your tracking number.

Where is my order confirmation or tracking information?  I am not receiving emails. 

If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam or junk email folder.  Sometimes order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails end up here, which is out of our control.  

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders.  Please be certain before completing checkout.  If you would like to return your item once you receive it, you can do so in accordance with our return policy.  

Also, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address.  We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
